garden of the gods gourmet.

When I was in Colorado for a visit in May, we did a boys and girls lunchtime one afternoon. The boys headed for some BBQ at Rudy's, and the girls went to try out a new spot, Garden of the Gods Gourmet.

Let me tell you, it was delicious! The atmosphere and the food! The environment was so fresh and inviting with the most perfect lighting. The walls were lined with large windows which let in all the lovely Colorado sunshine. I ordered the Turkey Pesto Panini. It was so fresh and tasty! I highly recommend it if you happen to make a stop at this cute restaurant.

We took lots of photos, laughed so much, ate yummy food, talked about wedding planning and things that were on our hearts. I love lunches like that. Coming around the table for a meal together, talking about the lighter things in life and moving into deep heart talk. I love having friends that are willing to dig deeper into conversation, ask the hard questions, and grow together. That's what community is all about!

DO YOU EXPLORE NEW EATERIES IN YOUR CITY?

Fun! There are so many places to explore in Burbank! One of our favorite lunch time places in Tony's Italian Deli! It's so good!

It looks like a beautiful place! We hardly ever go out to eat and when we do we usually visit the same places, I do wish our area had some good new places to explore though.
